Pediatricians Care Unit

Thank you for visiting the Pediatricians Care Unit website. Our office is a unique combination of walk-in and appointment based pediatric care. We are able to accomodate school, sports, and camp physicals, as well as urgent and minor sick visits on an as needed basis.

The Pediatricians Care Unit is composed of two offices;
1) Joseph A. Cannizzaro, MD, Founder: Visits by appointment. (407) 862-1163
2) PCU: Visits on walk-in basis, appointments preferred for physicals. (407) 774-9990

Both male and female Pediatricians and Physician Assistants are available to monitor the growth of infants, children and teens up to 18 years old. We follow the recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics for immunizations. These are provided to you as a guide on the Dr. Cannizzaro and the PCU Visit Guidelines Page. We also work with children having Attention Deficit Disorder, that require regular checkups.

Beyond the medical exam and treatment of the child, our goal is to educate the parent and patient while promoting a healthy relationship between the two.
